The idea was to connect a clothing retailer and a truck-based coffee business – unconventional for sure, but the shared demographics and common values of authenticity, creativity, and quality made it an enticing concept to explore.
First Place Coffee is a celebrated mobile coffee shop in the Phoenix Area. Since they opened in 2018, they have been independently winning over community hearts and caffeinated dollars by providing mobile seasonal drink selections for events throughout Phoenix.
The team and I offered customers a relaxing morning experience – savoring a freshly-brewed cup of First Place Coffee while exploring the curated goods at Manor Phoenix. Both companies were excited about the proposal, recognizing the potential for cross-promotion, increasing morning traffic in the store, and getting exposure to one another's clientele – a one month campaign was launched.
The event partnership between Manor Phoenix and First Place Coffee demonstrated how to innovate a unique customer experience that resonated with multiple audiences, resulting in growth and success for both brands.
