The ‘Phoenix Flea’ is an event that draws a crowd of 15k+ attendees, is only held twice a year in an outdoor Downtown Phoenix venue during the Spring and Fall. Usually the event is limited to just 150 vendors.
My team and I were tasked with developing a booth experience that embodied the brand ethos and how it is reflected in the vibrant spirit of Phoenix. We used locally-sourced materials with effective strategic product placement and the booth attracted a huge number of visitors, providing a showcase of products, events, and the USP (Unique Selling Proposition – the Manor story.)
Our participation at Phoenix Flea supported the utilization of local engagement in brand awareness. It facilitated not only the selling of significant inventory, but also provided the building blocks for future relationships, understanding customer needs, and integrating ourselves into the local community at a deeper level.
